(79) Montaña Samara-Cuevas Negras Circular (National Park)

Route Summary
This walk in an amazing volcanic landscape is readily accessible from the southern resorts. It offers tremendous views of the Teno mountains, the islands of La Gomera and La Palma, open pine forests, Mount Teide, Pico Viejo, solidified rivers of lava and volcanic vents/caves.

A short circular walk that is between easy to moderate in terms of difficulty. It provides marvellous vistas of the evocative Roques de Garcia themselves, and the wider spectacle of the Caldera area of the National Park, under Teide. This is National Park Sendero 3.

(60) Parador-Sanatorio Return (National Park)

Readily accessible from the south of the island, this short circular walk offers tremendous views of the west coast, open pine forests, Mount Teide, Pico Viejo, solidified rivers of lava, and other volcanic structures.

(35) Boca Tauche-Chavao-El Cedro Return (National Park)

Route Summary
This easy walk in the Teide National Park runs close to a huge lava field. There are opportunities to enjoy stunning views of surrounding mountains and the hillside immediately above you. In May and June expect to see some marvellous examples of the Tajinaste Rojo in flower.
